1. Free on-site walkthrough – Dennis will come out and walk the property. Then listen to how you want to use the space and measure what’s there. Usually within a week of your quote request.
2. Design proposal – For larger builds (firepit + patio + kitchen scale), we mock up a real design with materials and finishes before any contract is signed.
3. Written, line-item quote – Every material, every labor hour, every appliance, will be in writing with no vague “to be determined” rows.
4. Permits and prep – Each county has their own gas line, electrical, and structural permit requirements. We handle the applications and inspections in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties.
5. Build – You deal with the same crew from day one to the final walkthrough. Dennis our project manager will send you daily updates. All trades are in-house, so there is no waiting on an outside subs.
6. Walkthrough – Before we finish the job, Dennis runs through every line of the original project scope with you. He will do a gas leak-down test, make sure your irrigation timer programmed, lighting scenes are set, and every appliance tested.
7. 6- and 12-month follow-ups – We will come back at 6 and 12 months to check finish work, plant health, irrigation, and gas/electrical. Anything we installed that failed, we fix.
