We’ve designed and built enough Sacramento yards to know exactly where projects go sideways. Here’s how we keep yours on track.
- Free on-site consultation – We come out, walk the property, listen to what you actually want, and measure what’s there. Usually within five business days of your quote request. No designer fee for the first visit.
- Site analysis and concept – Soil type, drainage, sun exposure, slope, existing utilities, HOA restrictions if applicable. The concept sketch starts from what the site can actually do, not from a Pinterest board that ignores your clay soil.
- 3D design presentation – You see your yard rendered in three dimensions before we touch a shovel. Two rounds of revisions included in the design fee. Walk through the rendering on a TV in your living room or on our office screen.
- Detailed planning and budgeting – Once the design is approved, every plant, paver, light fixture, irrigation line, and labor hour gets a line item. No “miscellaneous” rows. No vague “TBD” sections.
- Construction – Daily updates from your project lead. The same crew from day one to handoff – no subcontractor shuffle, no “that’s not our scope.” We pull every permit your project needs.
- Final walkthrough and care guide – Before we call the job done, the project lead walks you through every system on your new yard: irrigation controller programming, plant maintenance schedule, lighting timer, drainage.
